Feb 26- Yoga Nidra- Yoga Nidra translates to Yoga of sleep. This practice is a guided deep relaxation.

March 5- Grounding Meditation- For the month of March we are going to focus on the lower three Chakras. These are muladhara, svadhisthana and Manipura. In this first practice of the series, we will find these chakras through meditation.

March 12- Kundalini Practice- during the second practice in this series, we will clear and move the energy in these three chakras with a kundalini practice. This practice will include movement, breathing exercises, and meditation.

March 19- Grounding Yin- We will finish this series with a grounding yin practice.

We’ll discuss its benefits and challenges (yes, they’re coming!). Plus, we’ll practice pranayama and hands-on meditation techniques for everyone, whether you're new or experienced.
