Weekly Schedule at a Glance

Monday

Evening Bliss (Hatha/Yin) 7:30-8:30 pm

End your Monday with a calming practice that rejuvenates and relaxes you. This session blends gentle movements with peaceful yin poses. As you move through each pose, let go of tension and find a deep state of calm. Join us at Heartfelt Yoga for a wonderful start to your week!

Tuesday

Therapeutic Yoga For Backs (Therapy) Or Restorative Yoga (Gentle) 7-8 pm

Therapeutic Yoga for Backs employs a variety of specific props, gentle movements, and deep breathing techniques designed to alleviate tension in tight back muscles. By incorporating support through props, we allow the body to unwind and find ease in each pose. Slow and mindful movements encourage the release of stiffness, enhancing strength and promoting overall well-being. Deep breathing not only aids in the release but also helps to nourish the muscles and restore balance. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic discomfort or just looking to unwind, Therapeutic Yoga for Backs offers a nurturing space to rediscover comfort and joy in your body.

Restorative Yoga is a profoundly soothing experience that invites you to slow down and reconnect. By utilizing bolsters, blocks, and blankets, we create a cozy nest for the body, allowing it to fully let go. This supportive environment encourages not only physical release but also emotional and mental ease. When we feel nurtured and secure—both on and off the mat—we can truly immerse ourselves in each pose, shedding accumulated tension and stress. It’s like giving yourself a big, warm hug that helps you find your center and embrace the moment. Whether it's the gentle stretch of a supported child’s pose or the serene depth of savasana, restorative yoga reminds us of the importance of self-care and the beauty of simply being. So roll out your mat, grab those props, and let’s dive into this healing journey together!

These two classes are offered on alternating weeks. Please check Schedulicity to see which class is being offered this week.

Testimonial from HeartFelt Students

After trying many studios and a home practice, I almost gave up on yoga. Until I happened upon HeartFelt Yoga! From the first moment I walked in, I felt at home. Sandra is the most incredible instructor. Her voice is so soothing and she is amazing at guiding and teaching. There are ways to modify and she always reminds us always to honour ourselves and listen to our bodies. The class sizes are small and many times they feel so specific to exactly what is needed. Not only is this studio the best yoga studio I have ever been to, but I also feel like it is a gathering space of some of the most creative and positive humans. I love the energy I feel from all the others who practice there. And outside of just poses, Sandra is continually teaching us about energy, chakras, breathing and life. If you are looking for therapeutic yoga that is truly heart led, this studio will change your life. Like it did mine!
