Monday
Evening Bliss (Hatha/Yin) 7:30-8:30 pm
Finish off your Monday with this beautifully balanced practice. We will intertwine gentle movement with blissful yin postures.
Tuesday
Therapeutic Yoga For Backs (Therapy) Or Restorative Yoga (Gentle) 7-8 pm
Therapeutic Yoga for Backs uses specific props, slow movement and deep breathing in order to release tight back muscles.
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice. We use bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the body. When we feel supported (in yoga & in every day life) we can settle in to the pose and release any pent up tension we might be holding onto.

Wednesday
Strength & Stability (Hatha) 5:30-6:30 pm
As we age Strength & Stability become extremely important. In this Hatha class, we will utilize all sorts of props- including chairs and small hand weights, to increase our strength and improve our stability. This slow moving class will challenge you in unexpected ways!
Sandra’s Weekly Special (mixed styles) 7-8:15pm

Thursday
HeartFelt Flow (Hatha flow) 6-7 pm
This slow moving flow class will allow you the opportunity to move your body with strength, grace & curiosity, so you can uncover your inner radiance 💚
Friday

Sweet Sunday Yin (yin)
Yin is a slow moving, meditative practice. Most postures are held for five minutes. These long holds give the body time to settle and relax into the shape. Yin is the perfect way to add balance in to our busy lives.

Sunday T.L.C. (Hatha Flow)
Is there a better way to start a Sunday morning than joining Roxanne for some Tender Loving Care?? I don’t think so!! Roxanne will start the class with HeartFelt gratitude and then move you through a lovely (sometimes challenging) hatha practice. Guaranteed you with leave with a yoga glow, to carry you through your week.
